Rauch was driving the Tony Rossi Spike/Gaerte midget on this evening. Ryan Durst, Brad Kuhn, Chad McDaniel and Mike Hess rounded out the top 5.

Belleville, IL - Mike Hess of Petersburg, IL won his second O’Reilly POWRi National Midget feature of the season at Belle-Clair Speedway in Belleville, IL. Hess took the lead from 2006 O’Reilly POWRi Micro Sprint Champ Kevin Bayer of Broken Arrow, OK on a lap six restart and led the rest of the way. Hess’s only challenge came with five laps to go when the yellow came out for A.J. Felker’s stalled car in turn four.
