Josh Wise takes out “Kansas Midget Klassic”
Dodge City, Kansas, July 22, 2007 - After winning the first night of the 4th Annual “Kansas Midget Klassic” and the Ron Hughes JR. Memorial Race, Josh Wise driving the Cruz Pedregon Toyota, Q Power, Spike Chassis continued his winning ways by sweeping the final night at Dodge City Raceway Park in Dodge City, KS Sunday night.
With Russ Harper and Donnie Ray Crawford starting on the front row for the 25 Lap “A” Feature, Crawford took the lead on the start. For several laps, Crawford, Harper and Josh Wise were battling for the top positions on a dry, little bit dusty track. Then on lap 13, Wise passed Crawford for the lead with Harper trailing. Wise and the Toyota power pulled away from the field. With laps counting down, Harper passed Crawford for the second positions and at the finish it was Wise, Harper, Crawford, Gary Taylor and Stevie Sussex rounding out the top five positions.
