How Bizarre! International Midget World Series Finale
23 Started, Only 4 Finished!
Racing on the ¼ mile clay track at Western Springs Speedway last night that resembled more of an asphalt surface, in only what can be described as the most bizarre Midget Feature race ever seen at the track, only 4 of the 23 starters finished the 40 lap King of the Springs Feature race.
In the International Midget World Series Feature race, while most of the competitors fell by the way-side after shredding their right rear tyres, Kiwi driver Jimi Quin picked up his first ever Feature win, leading home Michael Kendall, Wayne Green and Brad Loyet. PHOTOS FULL RESULTS
Mosen Signs with Keith Kunz Motorsport for 2007
Auckland NZ Feb 5 - New Zealand speedway driver Brad Mosen will head back to the USA in May this year to compete in his second consecutive season of racing in the US.
The 19 year old Aucklander has signed a new deal with Keith Kunz Motorsport. The same team that Mosen drove for last summer.

Auckland NZ Feb 3 - With still one round of the International Midget World Championship series still to be run, Kiwi driver Michael Pickens has an unasailable lead in the Series.
Driving the Seamount Special Breka - Ed Pink powered #4, Pickens finished 2nd in last nights Feature race at Western Springs to hold a 29 point lead over USA driver Dave Darland.
