Jerry Coons Jnr Wins Australian Title Race

Toowoomba, Australia Jan 27 - Jerry Coons Jnr made amends for ‘getting dicked’ by lapped traffic in last years Australian Midget Championship race when he took out the 2007 Australian title race at Toowoomba, Queensland last night. Coons was followed home by Mark Brown, Dene McAllan and Davey Ray.

Becoming the first double feature winner on the 2006/2007 Stealth Motorsports Speedcar Super Series, Sydney’s Mark Brown captured round five at Toowoomba’s Charlton Raceway on Saturday night. Storming ahead after snatching an early lead in the thirty lap A Main event, Brown was virtually unstoppable; crossing the line ahead of a rapidly closing Nathan Smee, West Australia’s Dene Mcallan and South Australian Ben Wiese.
