POWR1 PR, Jacksonville, IL. April 24 - Brad Kuhn of Avon, IN led the final 8 laps to score his second O’Reilly POWRi National Midget feature of the year. Davey Ray of Loves Park, IL jumped out to an early lead followed closely by Oklahoma’s rookie sensation Andrew Felker. The pair would race that way for the first 17 laps with Matt Westfall and Brad Kuhn in tow. On lap 17, Felker would attempt to make a pass on Ray going in to turn 1 and the pair made contact. Ray would spin causing a small pile up resulting in Tim Siner getting upside down. On the restart, Felker would lead the field with Brad Kuhn taking second and setting his sights on the lead. On lap 22, Kuhn would pass Felker coming out of turn four and never look back. Brett Anderson of Belleville, IL made a charge from deep in the pack as did Bobby East to follow in second and third respectively. Felker would come home fourth and Ryan Criswell in fifth.

POWRi PR, Macon, IL. April 25, 2009 - Brad Loyet of Sunset Hills, MO led wire to wire to win the O’Reilly POWRi National Midget Feature Saturday night. Loyet started outside front row along side Nick Knepper and got the early jump. Knepper, Derek King and Ryan Criswell would battle for the second position. An early tangle on lap 8 would eliminate Friday nights winner Brad Kuhn with a bent front axle. On the restart Loyet would stretch his lead and put lapped cars between himself and second place. At the finish it was Loyet by a straight away followed by Ryan Criswell, Tracy Hines, Derek King and Ryan Erghott rounding out the top five.
