Since the $5000 Reward story was posted on this website (below) I have received several emails and phone calls about the posting and will set the record straight about a few things.
First off, at Michael Pickens suggestion, for several years I was his PR person and at the request of Seamount Team owner Brett Morris I was the Seamount Teams PR person.
Before posting the $5000 Reward story I informed Karen Morris that because of ‘certain events’ that had happened, I would be going public on this website about 'some stuff' and her name would be ‘dragged into it’, Karen’s reply was simple, “I don’t give a fuck”.
The day after the story was posted I was told that Tim Clark informed Karen Morris about the post, Clark allegedly telling Karen that I am ‘sick’! I was told that Karen had informed someone that I was “having a shot at either her, Brett Morris, Clark or Pickens” on this website.
That same day, February 8, 2009, the night of the 50 Lapper at Western Springs, at 5.15pm I txt Karen and she phoned me from her cell phone at 5.20pm, she was on her way to the Springs. Karen knew the details of the post and said to me, about the post, “I don’t care”. The next 15 minutes of the phone conversation was spent with her telling me the details about an ‘unsavory incident’ that happened at her house that morning.
In the weeks following the posting of the $5000 reward story Karen Morris and I had many conversations and not once did she mention any concerns about the story.
In recent weeks Karen informed me that Tim Clark had told her that he had gone to the NZ Police about the story on the website. From what Karen told me it seems the Police weren’t interested so Tim asked her to get in touch with her Barrister (Attorney) requesting that the post be removed. Karen’s Barrister then wrote to Brett Morris’ Barrister requesting the post be removed.
Since then Karen has informed me alleging Tim Clark told her that I am lying about either (or both) me being at Western Springs on the night my home was broken into or my computers being stolen, telling her that on the night of December 6, 2008 I emailed a mutual friend of Clark and myself, obviously suggesting that I was at home on the night of December 6, 2008.
Tim Clark, as your memory seems to be failing you let me jog your memory as to some of the events around December 6, 2008.
Saturday November 29, 2008 I emailed Michael Pickens - it was a long detailed email that started like this:
Because of events over the past 12 months or so, in the near feature I will be posting on the mrn website full details of the time I spent as your PR person.
The events I refer to include the post below that Tim Clark made on the NZ Speedway open forum message board.
The email ended with this:
When you set about your character assassination on me you should have clearly thought about the repercussions of your actions, but as Clark stated to me in a email to me dated April 18, 2007 -“"he just doesn't fuckin think .” or this, about you from his December 6, 2007 email to me - “he is half arse !!!!” or tc words about you April 18, 2007 - i have to have a talk to Pete and explain to him that MP for want of a better word " is dumb " - maybe tc best summed it up when on December 7, 2006 he emailed me this - Mike i suppose the unfortunate thing is he is going to learn the hard way but i suppose that's what is going to happen.
Tim, you might recall that the day after I sent that email (Sunday) you were on your way to Karen Morris’ house (5-6pm) and when you got there you told Karen that Pickens had phoned you and told you about the email and you also told Karen that I had “lost the plot”, remember that Tim?
Let me jog your memory about the night of December 6 , 2008 at Western Springs. At approximately 6pm I was standing by the administrator block talking to some friends and you were standing alone (behind me) only a few metres away, it was about the same time as you wanted to use the phone landline at the Springs, remember that Tim?
Sunday December 7, 2008 Karen phoned me and told me that you and her had talked that day and she said that you had asked her whether she had heard from me. She told me that you had said that you had seen me at the Springs the previous night and wondered whether I had emailed her or sent her the race results via txt, remember that Tim?

Like many of you I was also bemused with the comment of, “Just pisses me off when Brett spends the sort of money he does and wont spend a F*#king sent on my career and I know that sounds really selfish but thats just the way it is, like it or not!”
Pickens was in the USA when he sent that email, the day I received it I phoned him and told him bluntly that If it wasn’t for Brett (Morris) he wouldn’t be sitting where he was right now.
For the record, some of the things Brett Morris, “wont spend a F*#king sent on my career” include, sticking with Pickens as his driver when he tore up tens of thousands of $ worth of gear, paid for an trip to the USA for Pickens in 2003, paid for countless trips for him to race in Australia, at Seamount Team end of season functions gave him such things as a Tag Heuer watch, a overseas trip, at Pickens request deposited $3000 into his bank account for Late Model testing at Bristol Speedway, supplied him with a midget (to drive) the best money could buy that put 1000’s of $ in his pocket and ‘donated’ 1000’s of $ at the ‘Pickens 4 NASCAR’ auction.
If there ever was a more generous midget car owner than Brett Morris is/was, I’d love to know who it is. “wont spend a F*#king sent on my career”, how ungrateful is that?

$5000 Reward
While attending Western Springs Speedway last December 6, 2008 the home of midgetracingnews webmaster was broken into and two desktop computers were stolen.
I have no doubt that the PC’s were stolen because of certain information that may have been on the computer’s hard-drives, information that relates directly to this some content posted on this website.
From information received, it is clear to me that the PC’s were stolen by a third party, acting on instructions from a spineless and gutless individual who has others doing his dirty work for him.
A $5,000 reward is being offered to any person who passes on information that leads to the recovery of the two computers and the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for physically breaking into my home and the conviction of the person who organized the break in.
Other information I have received suggests that a phone call was made from Western Springs Stadium between 6-7pm December 6, 2008 arranging for my house to be broken into and the computers to be stolen. Anyone attending Western Springs Speedway December 6, 2008 may care to think back to that date and might recall if a certain individual who may have ‘borrowed’ their phone, between the hours of 6-7pm.
I have been made aware that there are emails ‘floating around’ (like the two below) that most likely originated from my stolen computers.
If anyone has recently received one of the emails below, any information, such as who may have sent the emails to them, would be appreciated.
This matter is in the hands of the NZ Police, any information about the above will be passed onto them.

Brett I realise that I am the last person that you want to see at the moment so I thought I would send this to you.
Firstly I want to say to you that I am sorry for what I have done to you. I am not at all proud of what I have done to you or my family.
I know that Karen has done a so called confession to you but I do know that what she said to you is not all true from speaking to xxx. I’m sure that she has used me as a focus point for her confession but I now realise that I was not the only person she was involved with. I suppose that the current situation with you and I has made it easier to use me with her lies.
Brett I was there for her as a friend at the start and she turned it around to something more serious. I do have to take some blame for how it turned into more than friendship. Everything she use to tell me is what she would tell xxxxx but something happened between them and she turned to me.
Karen use to tell me that her life was just “ a big lie “ and it is only now that I realise that she was not only lying to you but also me as I was only one of many guys she was seeing .
I used the word “contagious “when I was describing her to Diane, she has a way of gripping people and getting into there emotions, she has done it to xxxx .
I am 100% sure that she has had a relationship going with xxxxx for some time now as she turned on me so easily for him. I got sucked into her world and I did have massive feelings for her, I was to the point of giving up everything I had including my family for her .
She was still txting me and telling me that she loved me and wanted to be with me right up until Friday before I left Breka . On the Monday before I finished at Breka I got a txt saying that she never wanted to see or here from me ever again she wanted a relationship with xxxxx.I know they had spent the whole weekend together and she told me what had gone on but I don’t know what to believe from her . I cannot for the life of me see how someone can completely wipe a person from there life whether as a friend or partner and turn straight to another with no emotion if they have not been involved with another person for sometime.
I never thought she was such a cold heartless person but my opinion of her is so low it is sad.
I suppose I deserve everything I got but found it hard to grasp the fact that see turned on me for no reason .
Now I feel xxxxx has done me a favour and he is stuck with her lies and disseat, I hope she fucks him and his life like she nearly did to me. They deserve each other she is a compulsive liar and he is a physco.
Her little story of goings on that Monday night are a prime example of her twisted mind and lies , I was home with Diane on that Monday and did not see her so if she wasn’t with me or xxxxx I don’t know who she was with .
Brett I was lower in my life on Tuesday before I left work than I have ever been. I was to the point that I was within minutes of suicide. I had everything set up at work ready to gas myself. Something just clicked in me and I didn’t go through with it, I was not prepared to let her win.
I now realise what you have been through over the years with her and how hard it has been for you.
She is a very nasty person, cold and heartless, what she has put me through I will never forget.
I know the thing that is messing her up the most at the moment is how long your settlement is dragging out and that xxxxx is influencing her allot on that situation . I’m sure he is financing her in some way .
I will destroy her and also him no matter how long it takes I will fuck their emotions up completely!!
She thinks she is emotionally stable but I will crack her and him. They are both in a dream at the moment with each other, he thinks he is going to move in with her when his house sells and create the perfect world.
